Head of HR Operations & HR Director Sweden
This dual role will be responsible both for HR Operations in Sweden and at the same time coordinate country specific HR policies, activities, and initiatives in Sweden. As HR Director Sweden, you will work closely with HR and management in our businesses, our unions, and our corporate HR functions. Maintaining a HR network across Sweden and driving initiatives will be a key part of this role.

HR Operations and payroll team in Sweden is in Solna and in Jönköping. Currently, the team have 12 employees working together to support our managers and employees with operational HR services and payroll.
The role requires that you are patient, reflective, structured, able to prioritize and that you can work well under pressure. It would be beneficial if you also have experience from HR business partner area, to contribute on the strategic level.
