As a People Advisor at Telia you will work to ensure the progress of the people agenda and thereby the overall people agenda of Telia Company. In this People Advisor role, you will focus on local employment and union negotiations for Sweden for the Common Product & Services organization (CPS unit), Group functions and Strategy & Group Commercial. You will also act as a local trusted advisor for all CPS People Partners. CPS is our common “digital delivery powerhouse”, enabling great customer experiences by scaling products, processes, platforms, people, and advisors across Telia. You will be part of a great People community working for CPS and across Telia, as well as gain new colleagues from all corners of the People & Culture organization across Telia.
Within the CPS organization with local Swedish footprint, the role includes, but is not limited to:
- Coordination and administration of end-2-end organizational changes such as re-organizations, redundancy processes and transfer of undertakings. Includes pre-discussions on organizational setup, preparations of material for union negotiations, P&C presence in union negotiations, coaching before team/individual conversations, administration of material for changes in Workday, etc.
- Handling recurring MBL and Local Work Environment Committee (structuring, organizing, ensuring compliance with Swedish law)
- Consulting around labour law and health/safety ad hoc, also including individual cases (rehabilitation, labour law, misbehaving employees, performance improvement-errands)
- Handling speak-up errands and conflict of interest errands
- Support on annual processes e.g., salary review
Is this you?
We are looking forward to welcoming a People Advisor with solid experience from HR related topics, with focus on good knowledge and understanding of Swedish employment law, in specific MBL, and as hands on experience from union negotiations and issues related to this. Moreover, we need you to be comfortable in managing senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in HR related matters. To accommodate the dynamic context we are in, and the constant need for optimizing our structure without creating instability, we need you to understand organization design and change management.
Your personal competencies:
- Skilled in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships
- A good communicator who can influence others
- Structured and well organized, skilled in planning and time management
- Takes initiative and look on things with different perspectives and angles Knowledge of local legislation
- Consulting and problem-solving skills
- Facilitation, communication and coaching skills
Your experience:
- Solid experience from a People Advisor/People Partner/HRBP/HR Manager role
- Preferred experience from an international, large complex/matrix organization
- Knowledge and experience from Swedish Labor Law and MBL, as well as union negotiations Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field(s)
